Glowfish customer portal

Cookies in this portal

We only set what is required to run the customer account. There is no audience measurement, no advertising and no tracking across other websites — which is why you will find no switches here, only a list of what is actually in use.

Sign-in and session (Glowfish GmbH & Co. KG)

So that the portal knows across several pages that you are signed in, it creates a session. The associated cookie only contains a random identifier — no information about you. Without this cookie, signing in is technically not possible.

Provider: Glowfish GmbH & Co. KG, Munich
Processing: Our own servers in Germany. No disclosure to third parties.
Legal basis: Section 25(2) TDDDG — strictly necessary for operation.

What is stored in the browser

Name	Purpose	Duration
`Glowfish-Kundeninterface`	Links your requests to your sign-in.	Until the browser is closed

Payment via PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg)

If you choose PayPal when paying, the PayPal payment window is loaded on that one page. PayPal sets its own cookies to link the payment to your session and to detect fraud. This does not happen on any other page of the portal — without a payment, there is no connection to PayPal.

Provider: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg
Processing: Luxembourg. A transfer to third countries cannot be ruled out.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing your payment), Section 25(2) TDDDG.
Privacy policy: paypal.com

How we otherwise process your data is described in our privacy policy.
